The objective of this position is to obtain the necessary building permissions/approvals/NOCs etc and ensure statutory compliances of building norms throughout the lifecycle of the projects in his/her region by effectively coordinating with the concerned government/statutory bodies, consultants , architects etc.

Thorough knowledge of Development Control Regulations of NCR Region.

Having thorough knowledge of (i) FSI calculations (ii) CRZ norms (iii) Environmental Clearance (iv) Civil Aviation.

Acquainted with statutory charges of all nature in preparing liaisoning budget & monitor the same throughout the project tenure.

Coordinate with consultants / liaison architect to ensure that the necessary applications for environment and other clearances are made to relevant authorities, attend meetings for technical review, advertise in news papers for environmental clearances, attend hearing and obtain final clearance from the authorities.

Liaison with regulatory bodies for updates on new developments, requirements, proposals etc which may be useful for projects and proposals.

Organize and coordinate the site visits of government officials.

Support design team with inputs on regulations in order to finalize schematic layout and final building plan.

Hands on experience in planning, designing and furnishing of residential and commercial projects

Should have knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Architect, photoshop, making presentations, layout options, and project costing.

Site visit as required to document existing condition, review construction progress, installation etc.

Prepare the estimates and PERT chart for the flow of work.
