Job Description
Lead all SharePoint Portal Projects occurring in the Global Expert Team
Design, Develop, Test, Implement & Manage SPS based applications and systems, based on the needs and requirements set by the GET Team Members
Lead prototype development and technical discussions with the Corporate Group Services Team to ensure new developments are in line with security requirements and corporate standards
Build interfaces as appropriate to existing business applications such as Navision and MS CRM
Supports the Project Owners in the Global Expert Team with guidance on how requirements can be executed in a professional and efficient way
Makes recommendations for new developments and applications as appropriate
Independently manages the GET Portal
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individual who will be responsible for the tasks described above.
Experienced in leading SharePoint Portal Projects, define Project Plans along ITIL Standards and to execute them in team work with the IT Team.
Ability for travelling to US and Europe, initially at least 2 weeks required to spend in Switzerland with CGS and GET Team.
Ideally, a University Graduate, Engineering or Computer Science, capable of multi role in an established organization.
The incumbent will demonstrate ability to lead and to deliver, also good team worker with ability to work with other cultures and nationalities.
At least three years of experience in a similar job is mandatory

MCITP: SharePoint Administrator 2010 (must)
MCITP: Lync Server Administrator (preferred)
MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2010 (preferred)
MCITP: Enterprise or Server Administrator Windows Server 2008 R2 (Virtualization) (preferred)
